Injectable Cosmetic Fillers

What Are They?

Injectable Fillers continue to be one of the most popular options for non-invasive cosmetic treatments, due to their ability to deliver immediate impact with limited downtime.

There are a number of different filler options. Hyaluronic Acid injectable fillers are the most widely-used injectable fillers. They work by bringing water to the area of treatment, and give immediate volume. There are other injectable fillers (Sculptra, Hyperdilute RadIesse) that stimulate collagen in addition to adding volume over time.

We also offer PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) injections where the patient’s own blood platelets are used to trigger cell reproduction and stimulate tissue regeneration. PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) injections are similar, using your own blood, prepared through a delicate process, to produce a higher concentration of those skin rejuvenating platelets.

Our providers are knowledgeable and have expertise in all of these options. They will review them with you and help you choose the option(s) that will work best for you, based on your desired outcome.

Sometimes, more than one type of Injectable Filler will be used to combine the powerful benefits of gradual collagen stimulation with immediate plumping and lifting.

Where on the body are they used?

In our practice, we use Injectable Fillers to treat the face and body. Our providers will often provide Full Face Rejuvenation. This involves a detailed evaluation of the entirety of the face, with a focus on aesthetically enhancing while keeping all features in harmony. Common areas of the body include the neck, chest, buttocks, arms, legs, abdomen, elbows and knees. Injectable Fillers are truly versatile in how they can be used, which is why finding the right, experienced provider to offer a tailored approach is of the utmost importance!

Why Us?

Our aesthetic providers have trained extensively in both the Art and Science of Injectable Fillers. Dedicated to excellence, they stay up-to-date with the latest research within the industry, as well as work closely with colleagues from around the world to ensure they are always offering the best treatments and techniques to their patients.

Many patients are concerned that Injectable Filler may make them look different or over-done. Our providers are dedicated to providing you with a natural-looking outcome that will leave you looking refreshed and rejuvenated. Our goal is to keep you looking like an enhanced version of yourself!

Our providers will often combine other modalities (such as laser, microneedling, or PDO threads) in conjunction with Injectable filler treatment. All of these modalities are “tools in a toolbox” for our providers; they pick and choose which one will work best based on your needs. Prior to treatment, our providers will discuss a stepwise “global” plan using these different treatments to not only improve, but maintain, your results, keeping you youthful for life!

The Arria MedSpa only administers the highest quality FDA-approved fillers. Our experience and precision working with injectable fillers allows us to create beautiful aesthetic results.

Below we have outlined some of the more common injectable fillers offered at The Arria MedSpa, along with the areas they are most often used on:

Hyaluronic Acid Fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, Versa, RHA)

Hylauronic Acid is a type of temporary dermal filler. Hyaluronic Acid  is found naturally throughout the body and works by attracting water to hydrate our cells. When used as an injectable filler, this “gel” works by pulling water into an area to volumize the area. This will give an immediate effect.

Hyaluronic Acid is most often used to contour (cheeks, jawline, chin), plump (folds, lips), hydrate (fine lines), brighten (undereyes), and reduce the appearance of indented scars.

Liquid Face Lifts

A Liquid Face Lift is essentially Full Facial Rejuvenation achieved using Hyaluronic Acid injectable filler.

Unlike a true surgical facelift, a liquid facelift involves no surgery. It is considered non-invasive and usually includes the use of several syringes of injectable filler to treat multiple areas of the face. A Liquid Facelift helps contour, plump, lift, and hydrate for a rested, brighter appearance.

While not a surgical facelift, these procedures can quickly and effectively improve your appearance, leaving you looking and feeling younger.

A consultation with one of our highly trained aesthetic providers can help you determine if this procedure will provide you with the results you are looking for. If not, we can connect you with one of our award-winning plastic surgeons to deliver the outcome you desire!
