We are pleased to announce the opening of the Arria MedSpa, the non-surgical branch of the Plastic Surgery Group of New Jersey. Our History

The Plastic Surgery Group of Montclair, New Jersey (PSG NJ) has been offering cosmetic enhancement treatments since 1996 when Restalyne, the first injectable hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers, was introduced and approved by the FDA for cosmetic use.

At the time, it was a groundbreaking technology. Previous to this product’s introduction, younger patients would come in looking for facial improvement. but since they were not surgical candidates, we would have no viable solutions.

These injectables offered us new options to deliver facial enhancement without surgery!

We began using these products to plump lips, for nose, cheek and chin augmentation, to lift patients’ faces and brows, reduce their deep wrinkles and rejuvenate skin on their faces, hands and decolletage. The results were amazing, and patients were thrilled with their transformations.

Since then, there have been dozens of new technologies and techniques introduced. Our team has monitored these advancements and begun to offer those that we felt were appropriate for our patients. In addition, we have trained with the developers of these products and devised techniques to use them creatively to achieve the results our patients desire.
