- Always wear a Broad Spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30, rain or shine.
- Reapply your sunscreen every 2 hours and after swimming, even if your sunscreen is water-resistant.
- Use an antioxidant serum every morning before your moisturizer to fight dark spots and saggy skin.
- Moisturize your skin daily. Heat, chlorine, and too much time outside can make you very dry and cause your skin to produce additional oil too.
- Exfoliate regularly with medical skin care appointments at your doctor’s office.
