Spring Into Summer Skin Tips

Contrary to popular opinion, your skin actually needs more love and attention during the summer months than it does in the winter. Here are a few tips to help your skin Spring into Summer:

  1. Always wear a Broad Spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30, rain or shine.
  2. Reapply your sunscreen every 2 hours and after swimming, even if your sunscreen is water-resistant.
  3. Use an antioxidant serum every morning before your moisturizer to fight dark spots and saggy skin.
  4. Moisturize your skin daily. Heat, chlorine, and too much time outside can make you very dry and cause your skin to produce additional oil too.
  5. Exfoliate regularly with medical skin care appointments at your doctor’s office.
